Order Processing
Every UNNE order is handled with care. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer flat rate shipping within the U.S. for $18.
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days via FedEx Courier.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the US.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival. UNNE LLC is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We believe in mindful consumption and responsible production. Every UNNE piece is created with intention, care, and rigorous quality control. As part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
