UNNE Garment Care Guide

100% Baby Alpaca Items

• Garments: Sweaters, Cardigans, and other Baby Alpaca pieces.
• Care Instructions: Dry Clean Only
  To maintain the luxurious quality of your Baby Alpaca garments, please ensure they are cleaned by a professional dry cleaner.

100% Organic Cotton Items

• Garments: T-Shirts, Polos, Dresses, Skirts, and other cotton pieces.
• Care Instructions:
• Machine Wash Cold: Use a gentle cycle.
• Tumble Dry Low: Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
• Warm Iron as Needed: Iron the garment while it's still slightly damp to avoid scorching.

97% Organic Cotton / 3% Spandex Blends

Garments: Joggers, Tops, and Jackets.

Care Instructions:

• Machine Wash Warm: Wash with like colors.
• Only Non-Chlorine Bleach: Use bleach only when necessary.
• Tumble Dry Low: Remove promptly to maintain the garment's shape.

Warm Iron as Needed: Use a warm iron if necessary to remove wrinkles.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

The return must be handled within the established period:

ONLINE PURCHASE:

you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order.

Purchase at a store: you have 30 days from the purchase date.

The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.

You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

REFUNDS

REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you made a return you can decide how you want to receive your refund: in the same method of payment you used for the purchase or in a Voucher Card.

In case of a partial refund and deferred payment, the refund can be made through a bank transfer.

You can use it for future purchases online on the UNNE website.

Remember that the balance on the Voucher Card does not expire.

If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.

Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.

Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 25 days, depending on your bank.

If you do not see a credit to your account within 25 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
