Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@unneclothing.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where items are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
